General Questions

  • We have enclosed cargo, open, dump, and campers available for rent.

  • We are flexible on dates as long as it’s not booked by another customer. Please note the campers have a cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 7 days in advance of the rental date 50% of the booking and administration deposit will be refunded. If notice of cancellation is received 7 days or less in advance of the rental date then there will be no refund of the booking and administration deposit.

  • If there are any problems with the trailer after you pick it up, we do our best to correct it or provide another trailer.

  • Cash, cheque, and e-transfer.

  • We require a $300 security deposit as soon as the trailer is booked. The full rental amount is due when you pick up the trailer.

  • Yes, you can pick up the trailer the night before – at no extra cost – if it’s available.

  • Almost all of our trailers have a 7-pin round connector with the exception of our 6x12 enclosed trailer, which has a 4-pin flat connector. We do have adapters that can go both ways to suit your vehicle.

  • A class 2, 2” receiver is required to pull any trailer. Trailers are either a 2” ball or 2 5/16” ball which we’ll go over with you prior to rental. Some trailers do require a drop hitch in order to be pulled properly. We have a variety of receivers available to rent if needed.

  • All of our trailers are equipped with electric brakes with the exception of the 6x12 enclosed trailer. You must have a functional brake controller in your vehicle in order to rent; we will check this before you leave with the trailer.

Camper Questions

  • We’re happy to offer a campsite set up service. We’ll deliver your camper to the campground of your choice, set it up and stay to give you a walkthrough of how it works. We even pick it up when you’re done camping. This is a stress and hassle-free way to try camping for beginners or for anyone who doesn’t own a vehicle that can haul a camper.

    The cost is 200 dollars for campgrounds within one hour of Listowel. And we do custom quotes for further distances.

  • No. We’re happy to give you a recommendation on a campground but you’ll need to book the campsite yourself.

  • The camper trailers book quickly when the season opens – typically, the trailers will be fully booked before camping starts in late spring. Check with us to see if we have availability.

  • Just let us know what you want to haul and what you’re using as a tow vehicle and we can guide you to an appropriate trailer.
